Welcome to Kentville, a town where much of what we have to offer is made locally. From bean-to-bar chocolate to seasonal shortbread cookies, craft cider to handcrafted candles, small-print books to miniature homes – there is more than meets the eye in Kentville!

The first annual Kentville Mural Festival took place July 23-25th, 2021 and was themed ‘Tell Your Story”. Sarah Cannon, Paloma Dawkins, Celine Gabrielle, Jaimie Peerless, Lorne Julien and Ellen Cere used their art to tell stories of mental health, local history, our relationship to the environment, women’s rights and reconciliation. This event was funded by Kentville Business Community, Town of Kentville, and the Department of Communities, Culture & Heritage. With special thanks to event partner Tides Contemporary Art Gallery, as well as Cleveland’s Carpet One, Chisholms, and Frasers for donating supplies, and Phantom Effects for the design work.
